Terms of Use
Last updated: September 2026
These Terms of Use govern your use of the QRSA platform for short links and QR codes. By using the service you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance & eligibility
By using QRSA (the "Platform" or "Service") you agree to be bound by these terms; if you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be 18 or older, or use the Service under the supervision of a legal guardian or representative.
2. The service
QRSA provides URL shortening and customizable, editable QR codes, with a dashboard, analytics, and an API. Features and plans may change from time to time.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account, and you agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information.
4. Packages & payment
Paid plans are prepaid for 12 months in Saudi Riyals (SAR), with no monthly charge or automatic renewal.
Payments are processed through a licensed payment gateway. When changing plan during an active term, unused prepaid time is credited and existing links are retained. A 30-day renewal grace period follows the annual term.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to: publish or link to content that violates the laws of Saudi Arabia or public morals; commit fraud, phishing, or distribute malware; infringe intellectual property or others’ privacy; send spam or abuse the API; or engage in any unlawful activity that harms the Service or its users.
6. Intellectual property
All rights to the Platform, its trademark, and designs belong to QRSA. You retain ownership of the content you create, such as links and logos.
7. Disclaimer & liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. QRSA is not responsible for content users link to, nor for indirect damages arising from use of the Service, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Suspension & termination
QRSA may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms. You may delete your account at any time from account settings.
9. Data & privacy
We process the data necessary to operate the Service (such as account data and click statistics) in accordance with applicable laws in Saudi Arabia, including the Personal Data Protection Law.
We use aggregate counts for page visits, registration, usage and purchase steps, retaining a campaign label in browser session storage to associate steps with their source. These counts do not contain form contents, passwords, payment details or persistent visitor identifiers.
10. Changes & governing law
We may update these terms from time to time, effective once published. These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of Saudi Arabia, and the Saudi courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
